Hello everyone,
Things still moving along with our missions and benevolence works. Jail mission still has about 10 studies going on, benevolence work focused on two families (one inside and one "outside" our church family as some like to say) and our SA group looks to be expanding to add a weekly session in addition to the biweekly.
Scott, Joe and Dell are all doing fine with Scott being moved to Peoria this month and begin looking forward to his weekend work releases in a month or so. Dell has begun his DOC time and should be done in a couple months then back to Macomb to finish college. Joe is a few months away from his return to Macomb also. Please keep them in your prayers.
Please pray for Justin and his family in Elmhurst as he is in a huge battle right now with his Bi polar affliction. Praise God we were able to be there for them as they came to Macomb to collect him.
Been a rough month financially with no donations that I recall, although we were invited to meet with the Elders at the Macomb Church of Christ about the jail missions work that we are doing. Looks as though we may have our first regular financial participant as there may be a commitment of about $100 per month towards bibles and maybe teaching materials too. Not sure yet. Please keep in mind that we are still in need of support for our benevolence work and possibly the teaching materials for the jail ministry and all the other miscellaneous resources that are needed each month. Praise God, I don't think I've had a paycheck since October without at least 8 hours of overtime. In order to get this all in perspective, last month our bible expenses were around $50.00 everything else about $250.00. Praise God it all keeps working out for this to continue as long as He intends it.

His peace and love to all,
Brian
