another busy week,

Had thirteen guys in studies and worship this past sunday at the jail and we had 24 people at our home for spaghetti and a Sinners Anonymous meeting afterwards. A busy day but what a wonderful time we had growing even closer with friends and family we already love and getting to know new additions to the "family". Love and peace to all who came and hope to be with you again in a couple of weeks.

Our jail ministry is going great with 13 guys requesting study and worship times again this week. Love and peace and mercy to them all. I keep forgetting to officially thank our dear brother in Des Moines who was able to revive and beef up my laptop computer. I've been using it the last month to show some powerpoint presentations that I've been developing the last few months. Most of them are like music videos with artwork. I have made one that uses a wonderful narration of the Love Letter From God website. I highly recommend it as an outreach tool, or just for the personal inspiration.
Please pray for Scott as he may be moving on in another month. We've grown very close the past few months.
I've had requests for christian artwork, looks like I can provide most of it from my own collection but keep this idea in mind as another form of contributions you could make. I also have had another request for a Recovery Devotional Bible. To order them singly they cost around $23.00 but in bulk about $13.00. So guess what I ordered a case of. Tammy and I should be able to make up the extra $225.00 this month with some extra overtime at work. If you could help out with the finances it would be a great relief. Other costs have gone down this month in travel expenses but with the increase in numbers at the jail we will still be under about a $300.00 budget this month plus the $225.00 in bibles. Please pray that our efforts will not be hindered by money when there are so many men desiring help and people willing to be there. And as always spend some serious time in prayer before participating with us in this mission.

To date we've had about $130.00 total in cash contributions for our bills.
We've been operating now for about ....wow... 9 months with an average monthly budget of about $250.00. Now with our monthly expenses exceeding $300.00 and well on its way to $400.00.

Love and appreciate you all,
Brian
