Hi everyone,

Well hopefully this was the last time that I had to work on Sunday before going to the Jail. I stopped there on my way home at 2:00 and didn't get done until about 6:30. There were 6 guys that wanted to see me, which is pretty routine, but boy did we need our time together. Had an unusually emotional time of healing with a couple of the new guys.
Scott and Dell are doing great, they have a new housemate Glenn that has truly been blessed by God to come to be with them for their encouragement and contagious christian attitudes.
Ray is doing well, he said that he seems to be experiencing a big change in his attitude towards everything, especially his faith. I think it reminds me of similar descriptions in the Big Book of people experiencing "moments of clarity" where the clouds of delusion and denial ,that we all have , momentarily vanish.
Getting to know Lenny's wife Angel as she works just up the street. We're all very anxious for his homecoming. Please pray for God to equip all of us around him to be ready, able , and willing to support him as he rebuilds his life.
I had some backpay from work that was able to go towards a case of 24 bibles (Free on the Inside) and ten of the "4th Man" booklets to be able to give to the inmates. I also have been going through my bookshelves and have a lot of bible class materials that I could give them. We'll see how those went over next time I see them.
Donations we've recieved since we started: 7 used bibles, 2 new bilingual bibles, 5 new Hunger for Healing books and 5 workbooks, 5 new recovery devotional bibles and $70.00. Thank you support team !!

It feels so great when anybody offers anything to help in any way.

Love and peace to all,
Brian
